Where do I register for a class?


Use Booksteam.


How do I register for a class?


  1. Go to Booksteam.
  2. Click on the “Login” button of you already have a Booksteam account. Otherwise, click “New Here” to create your account.
  3. Click the green button “BOOK NOW.”
  4. Select the service or class you want to register for. By clicking the “Services” and “Classes” buttons, you can see all the options.
  5. Click “NEXT” on the bottom right of the page. 
  6. Select the date and time. Then click “NEXT.” 
  7. If you just want to register for one session, click on “BOOK SINGLE SESSION.” 
  8. If you want to register recurring sessions, fill out the recurring schedule information in the box below. Then click “BOOK RECURRING SESSIONS.” 
  9. Any recurring schedule that has a conflict with the current activity on the calendar will be crossed. If you click “BOOK NOW,” only the recurring session that has no conflict will be booked. You can also click “change” to adjust the schedule.

What should I expect after registration?

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with an ics file that you can load into your calendar. If you see any registration errors, please contact jonathanwesttutoring@gmail.com.

When you log in to your Booksteam account, you can also see everything you have registered for.

You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before the event. 

Can I get SMS reminders (phone)?

Yes. Please contact jonathanwesttutoring@gmail.com to set up your account.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the “New Here” button on Booksteam. If you have any problems, please contact jonathanwesttutoring@gmail.com.

What’s the difference between a “service” and “class”?

Services currently private lessons. This is for current students. To be put on the waiting list for private lessons, please contact jonathanwesttutoring@gmail.com. Classes are for groups and cover a specific topic.

What if I make a mistake while registering?

What if I need to reschedule?

Please email jonathanwesttutoring@gmail.com.

What’s the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your service or class at any time. Please contact jonathanwesttutoring@gmail.com.

How do I pay tuition?

May I get an invoice?

Yes. After you complete a class, you will receive an invoice from Booksteam.
